t. pagliaroli and associates is a marketing & management consulting practice driving the edge on current thinking in business practices, human development, critical thinking skills and creative process to help people and organizations of all sizes and industries develop to improve business performance.  Our organization works collaboratively with talented global partners.

Our founder, Tony Pagliaroli, developed the practice in June 1995 after an experience teaching a “Personal Selling and Sales Management Certificate” program in an adjunct faculty role for a branch campus of Penn State University.  Several adult entrepreneurs in his class said; “I really like the theory you are teaching me, could you come into my business and help me make it work”.   Although our programming in performance improvement has expanded through the organization, we still work in a “personalized coaching” way with our clients. Our clients say we are different. We are not afraid to get right in the middle and bring about resolve.

Tony’s academic credentials include a Master of Science; Creativity and Innovation, Post Graduate Certificate; Creative Thinking, Creative Problem Solving and Change Leadership, SUNY College of Buffalo, the world renown International Center for the Studies in Creativity; a Bachelor of Science; Industrial Marketing, Youngstown State University, and graduate work toward an Master Business Administration, Kent State University. Academically, he has taught in adjunct roles for over ten years at Penn State University and Kent State University.

His professional credentials include twenty years of practical experience in sales, sales management and marketing management roles in different environments; large global corporate, small high-tech and medium domestic plastic manufacturing.  Since building our business in 1995, Tony has earned the title of “Business Building Advisor”, which is a direct reflection of the accomplishments seen from our work over the years with clients.

Certainly, the challenges today are difficult, however the opportunities for a better tomorrow and future are even greater.
